The MIDEX contributory data includes incidents of alleged fraud, material misrepresentation and serious misconduct by professionals and companies in the mortgage industry. Non-public data is submitted cooperatively by MIDEX Subscribers from various companies, including national and regional lenders, mortgage insurers and secondary market agencies. Contributory data is submitted from both pre- and post-funding reviews of loan files.
Continuous Monitoring services are available for Non-public search results. If reports pertaining to searched persons or companies are added to the MIDEX database, Subscribers will automatically receive these reports at the time they are added.
Safe information sharing is reviewed by the DOJ
The U.S. Department of Justice reviewed the contributory portion of the MIDEX database and issued to MARI a business review clearance. In addition, MIDEX policies and procedures used in this cooperative information exchange have undergone exhaustive review by counsel to its subscribing members.
